Spacious climate-controlled Event Barn for your reception
Covered wedding chapel and multiple outdoor ceremony locations
Scenic outdoor bar and patio (“The Sippin’ Spot”) with heaters and fireplace
Private bridal suite and groom’s apartment for getting ready
Pre-Wedding Access & Rehearsal
To ensure everything is perfectly prepared, your package also includes:
Early venue access on Friday (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) for decorating and vendor deliveries
Wedding rehearsal with a 30-minute ceremony run-through at 5:30 PM

Wedding Venue Pricing & Booking Information
To reserve your date at our highly sought-after wedding venue in King William, Virginia, we require:
A non-refundable $3,000 deposit with your signed contract
The deposit is applied toward your total balance
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date
